Shipping

Processing time can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Once your package is in the care of USPS/UPS and you have any issues with lost/stolen packages, please contact USPS/UPS to file claim.

If for any reason your order is returned to our warehouse due to being undeliverable, you will be invoiced for items to be shipped back out. After 14 days from invoice items will return to shelf and refund policy will be enforced.

 

STORE PICKUP

Our Memphis Boutique is open for in-store shoppers Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm CST and in-store pickup is also an option when checking out online. 

Local Customers can reach us by calling 866-8KC-GLAM Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm CST and available pickup times are also within those hours. You will receive an email notification when order is ready for pickup.
