Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
Express Shipping: 1–3 business day delivery is available at checkout.
Important: Once your package is in the care of USPS or UPS, any issues such as lost or stolen packages must be resolved by contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an undeliverable address, you will be invoiced to have the items re-shipped. After 14 days of non-payment, the items will be restocked and our refund policy will apply.
Express Shipping & Preorders: Please do not select express shipping for restocks or pre-order items.
Pre-order items will ship on the listed date. Note: Pre-order dates may change due to high order volume. If your pre-order includes additional in-stock items, your entire order will ship together. If you need other items sooner, please place a separate order.

If an item arrives damaged, store credit may be issued. You must notify us within 3 days and provide tracking for the return. Contact us at sales.kcglamboutique@gmail.com before sending anything back. DO NOT return items without approval or outside the 3-day return window.
Please open packages carefully. We will not accept returns for items damaged while opening (e.g., cut by scissors).
